   SEYAL PHULKA

    Ingredients
Chapati 3-4
Garlic 6-8 cloves
Ginger 1 inch piece
Tomatoes 2-3
Dry Fruits 50g
Tomatoes 2-3
Green chilies 1
Chopped coriander 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4th tsp
Red chili powder 1/4th tsp
Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Salt as per taste
    Method

    1.Heat the oil in non-stick pan.
    2.Add chopped garlic in oil and fry till brown.
    3.Then add chopped green chilies, tomatoes, ginger, and coriander powder.
    4.Then add 250 ml of water in it.
    5.Cut the chapatti into small pieces and add it into the gravy.
    6.After the water is dried sprinkle chopped coriander and serve hot.

    Serves: 3-4 People
