SINDHI PULAO
1.Wash and soak the rice in water for 1-2hr. 2.Add ghee in frying pan. 3.Add bay leaf, cloves,black pepper ,cinnamon, badi elaichi to it. 4.Add chopped onion to it and sauté till golden brown. 5.Then put rice and add salt and then add water equal to amount of rice. 6.Cover the pan till rice is cooked. 7.Serve hot with curd or Sai Bhaji.
