   SINDHI PULAO

    Ingredients
Rice 250g
Onion 250g
Tej Patta (Bay leaf) 2
Cloves 2-3
Black peeper Few seeds
Cinnamon 1 piece
Badi Elaichi 1
Oil/ghee 3tbsp
Salt as per taste
    Method

    1.Wash and soak the rice in water for 1-2hr.
    2.Add ghee in frying pan.
    3.Add bay leaf, cloves,black pepper ,cinnamon, badi elaichi to it.
    4.Add chopped onion to it and sauté till golden brown.
    5.Then put rice and add salt and then add water equal to amount of rice.
    6.Cover the pan till rice is cooked.
    7.Serve hot with curd or Sai Bhaji.

    Serves: 3-4 People
